Tyler Downey's practice focuses on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation programs and their compliance with ERISA and related laws. He has considerable experience in initial and ongoing compliance matters relating to tax-qualified retirement plans, IRS and DOL audits of these plans, maintaining tax-qualified status, church and governmental plans, minimum coverage testing, Form 5500 drafting and review, and the various IRS and DOL self-correction programs.
