Ira Reifer’s practice focuses on employee benefits law, including all aspects of ERISA. He has experience in designing, drafting, and providing advice concerning all types of employee benefit programs, most notably tax-qualified and 403(b) plans.

Ira has experience advising clients regarding maintaining the tax-favored status of employee benefit plans, including preparing IRS and DOL voluntary correction program submissions, and IRS and DOL self-correction programs.

Ira also has considerable experience in advising clients regarding multiple employer plans and pooled employer plans.
