Susan Risinger & Barry Downey spoke at the 2019 Palmetto SHRM Conference in Charleston, SC on the topic of “Best Practices for responding to IRS & DOL Inquiries and Audits”. Susan and Barry shared recent developments in the retirement plan, health and welfare plan, and executive compensation areas, and provided practical guidance for avoiding fiduciary violations, avoiding plan document and plan operational errors, and for responding to IRS and DOL inquiries and audits.
