Brittany Askin

Brittany is a graduate of the University of Maryland Carey Law School and has joined our labor and employer/employee relations, general litigation, and ERISA litigation practice.

While in law school, Brittany was an editor for the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy and she completed several internships, including one with the Appellate Court of Maryland. Through her health law and internship experiences, Brittany discovered a passion for labor and employment and employee benefits law.

Brittany volunteers with Baltimore Outreach for Student Success, an organization supporting Baltimore City youth in the justice system who are interested in the law. Brittany received the University of Maryland Carey Law School Public Service Award.
