Taylor Costanzo’s practice focuses on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation programs and their compliance with ERISA and related laws. She has considerable experience in initial and ongoing compliance matters relating to tax-qualified retirement plans, maintaining tax-qualified status, ACA compliance, COBRA, benefit appeals, Form 5500 drafting and review, and the various IRS and DOL self-correction programs.
