James M. Winn, Jr.
Jay Winn’s practice focuses on employee benefits law, including all aspects of ERISA. He has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and operation of tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans, including governmental plans.
Jay has particular experience drafting documents for cafeteria plans and welfare benefit plans. He advises clients on health plan compliance matters, including issues relating to health care reform, HIPAA privacy and security requirements, and domestic partner benefits.
