Elyse’s practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law and general litigation. She handles a wide range of employment matters such as discrimination claims, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, reasonable accommodations, termination, and compliance with federal and state labor laws. She received her J.D. from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she graduated cum laude, and was active in a variety of organizations, including the International Center for Law and Religion Studies.

Outside of practicing law, she enjoys traveling, reading, and running half marathons.
