Cheryl Fridkin Kitt
Cheryl Kitt’s practice focuses on employee benefits law, including all aspects of ERISA. She has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and operation of compensation and benefit plans and arrangements. Goals include ensuring tax efficiency and compliance with the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other applicable laws.
Cheryl has considerable experience with 403(b) plans and with discrimination testing for all qualified plans. She regularly assists clients with the correction of qualified plan operational errors through the IRS correction procedures.
